100 bed community hospital in central New York is seeking a BC Orthopedic Surgeon with Total Joint experience to join an existing hospital based practice. There are two physicians in the group and two physician assistants. One of the doctors will be retiring in early 2013. The call schedule will be 1:5. There is no spine work or trauma and there’s routine sports medicine.
The base compensation is $550k plus a full range of benefits.
The community is located just outside Syracuse, NY. There is a beautiful lake to the north of the city and the Fingerlake Region is forty miles to the south. They have an excellent school system, affordable housing, and four season recreational activities to meet everyone’s interests.
